أثر تبنى التوظيف الأخضر على تعزيز الميزة التنافسية (دراسة ميدانية)

هدف البحث إلي أثر تبنى التوظيف الأخضر على تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من العاملين بالقطاع المصرفى بالبنك الأهلى المصرى وبنك مصر محافظة القاهرة، وتكونت عينة البحث من عدد (407) مفردة، وقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم وصف الظاهرة محل البحث وتحليلها وتفسيرها بإستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وقد توصلت النتائج إلي أن هناك علاقة إيجابية بين التوظيف الأخضر والميزة التنافسية بأبعادها.
وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إلية من نتائج فقد أوصي البحث بضرورة اهتمام البنوك بتطوير وتحديث التوظيف الأخضر، ليكون بمثابة الموجة نحو البقاء والنمو، والوصول إلى ميزة تنافسية، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة قيام البنوك بإعادة تشكيل وهيكلة مواردها، والمراقبة المستمرة للأسواق، وتحقيق الممارسات الأفضل، مما يسهل إنجاز أعمالها.
The research aimed to investigate the impact of adopting green employment on enhancing competitive advantage. The research population consisted of workers in the banking sector at the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr in Cairo Governorate. The research sample consisted of (381) individuals. The descriptive analytical approach was used, where the phenomenon under research was described. Analyzed and interpreted using appropriate statistical methods, the results concluded that there is a positive relationship between green employment and competitive advantage in all its dimensions.
In light of the findings, the study recommended that banks should focus on developing and modernizing green employment, as a driver for survival and growth, and achieving a competitive advantage. Furthermore, banks should restructure and reshape their resources, continuously monitor markets, and implement best practices, which will facilitate the completion of their operations.
