هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور التحول الرقمى  في تحسين كفاءة عملية إتخاذ القرارات في المشروعات الصغيرة  في مصر، من خلال عمليات التخطيط والرقابة وتحديد البدائل والمفاضلة بين البدائل وإختيار البديل الأفضل، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استقصاء وزعت على عينة الدراسة البالغة 220مفردة من العاملين بالقطاع المركزى لتنمية المشروعات الصغيرة بجهاز تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر.
 وحللت بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائيSPSS ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة  وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين  التحول الرقمى  وكفاءة إتخاذ القرارات سواءً خلال التخطيط، أو الرقابة، أو عند تحديد البدائل، أو عند المفاضلة بينها واختيار البديل الأفضل وأوصت الدراسة ﺑﺄهمية تعديل التشريعات المتعلقة بالمشروعات الصغيرة، ومنحهم إعفاءات ضريبية خاصة، وأهمية توعية ملاك ومديرى تلك المشروعات وتدريبهم على إستخدام  التحول الرقمى  في إتخاذ القرارات.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of digital transformation in improving the efficiency of decision-making in small projects in Egypt, through planning and control processes, identifying alternatives and choosing between alternatives and choosing the best alternative, and to achieve the goal of the study a survey form was designed and distributed to the study sample of 220 workers In the central sector for the development of small enterprises in the msmeda.
It was analyzed by the SPSS statistical program and one of the most important results of the study is the presence of a statistically significant relationship between digital transformation and decision-making efficiency, whether during planning, oversight, or when identifying alternatives, or when choosing between them and choosing the best alternative, The study recommended the importance of amending legislation related to small projects, and granting them tax exemptions In particular, the importance of educating the owners and managers of these projects and training them to use the digital transformation in decision-making.
