أثر الإدارة بالتجوال على التميز التنظيمى (دراسة ميدانية على الهيئات العامة التابعة لوزارة الزراعة)

تهدف الدراسة إلى تشخيص طبيعة علاقة الارتباط بين أبعاد الإدارة بالتجوال ( أكتشاف الحقائق، تحسين الأتصال، التحفيز، التطوير، التغذية المرتدة) وبين التميز التنظيمى.
أعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفىى التحليلي، ويتمثل مجتمع الدراسة فى العاملين بالهيئات العامة التابعة لوزارة الزراعة ومن كافة المستويات الإدارية (إدارة عليا- إدارة وسطى- إدارة تنفيذبة)، وقد شمل هذا المجتمع 1924 مفرده، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وقوامها 300 مفردة.
وتم تحليل البيانات بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائيSPSS ومن أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة: قصور مدخل الإدارة بالتجوال فى الهيئات محل الدراسة وكذا ضعف التميز التنظيمى بتلك الهيئات.
وبناء على الدراسة الميدانية تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات بهدف تبنى الهيئات محل الدراسة لمدخل الإدارة بالتجوال لتدعيم التميز التنظيمى فى كافة أعمالها الإدارية والفنية.
 
                                                Abstract
The study aims to diagnose the nature of the correlation between the dimensions of management with wanderlust (finding facts, improving communication, motivation, development, and feedback) and organizational excellence.
This research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population is represented in the employees of the public bodies affiliated with the Ministry of Agriculture and from all administrative levels (senior management - middle management - executive management), and this community included 1924 items, and the study relied on the stratified random sample of 300 items.
The data were analyzed by the SPSS statistical program. Among the most important findings of the study: the inadequacy of the management approach to roaming in the bodies under study, as well as the weakness of the organizational excellence in those Institutions.
Based on the field study, a set of recommendations were reached with the aim of the Institutions under study adopting the administration entrance by roaming to support organizational excellence in all its administrative and technical work.
